<p>Some of the changes include,</p>
<p>Warnings that will display when users are about to click scripts that end up <strong>spamming</strong> their friends list.</p>
<p>&amp;</p>
<p>&#8220;Login Approvals,&#8221; which, if activated will prompt the user to enter a code sent via SMS if they want to log in to Facebook using a different device than normal, such as an iPhone.</p>

<p>Not all third parties would have known they had the means to access this information, but some would have.</p>
<p>Facebook have stated the issue has been fixed, but our advice would be to only use applications from a source you trust.</p>
