We do not accept liability for errors or omissions.

Orders are placed straight away. Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if an order does meet with our requirements and general standards.

Pricing is subject to change at any time.
The purchase price is subject to our confirmation that your order has been received and has been shipped. Making payment for products through this website reserves those products for you, but final pricing is subject to confirmation by OPMC, and we reserve the right to change the pricing should any sudden shift in supplier pricing occur, or if there is a software failure or error.

Prior to shipping, should the final price be adjusted you have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery timeframes are subject to supply. If there is a delay in the shipping of your order we will advise you by e-mail.

Delivery is usually within 1-7 business days for IronKey products.  IronKey Enterprise orders can take up to 15 business days as the products must be ordered from the USA.  Stock fluctuates daily and we can advise on actual delivery date once order is placed, including whether stock is on backorder which may mean longer delivery times.

If products are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement device.
